Super quick and affordable. My car battery went out, I have tripe AAA but got quicker service here. I went to Firestone but wait was past few hours. Walmart auto center had 9 cars ahead of me, then Auto Center you can buy battery but not install. Auto Medic was in and out and here to service my car from my garage within 1 hr. Super grateful ! Stellar service! These guys are great! It was going to be my first time buying a used car on my own using Facebook market. I called them literally yesterday and was able to make an appointment this morning. They were extremely thorough too with the inspection, even the seller texted me saying how impressed he was on how the mechanic was checking for every detail. I don't have a clue about cars so afterwards they sent the report which was pretty straight forward. I texted the 800 number and asked them to call me about a specific report to go over with, I got a call back within minutes and they were kind enough to explain it to me. Best bang for my buck. Thomas and his team at the AutoMedic were a breeze to work with. They were professional the whole way through (even when dealing with an unprofessional seller). I had them do a PPI on a used passenger van I was considering purchasing. Needless to say, they saved me a whole ton of time and trouble - and perhaps even my life! I received nearly 200 pictures and videos showing various areas of concerns and Thomas took the time to talk through what they found, even sharing the concern that his technician had for the general safety of the vehicle.

I contacted them to replace my car battery, and they were able to come directly to my property for the installation. Since I had additional repairs needed, they also addressed those items promptly and completed the work efficiently. On another occasion, they even came to my workplace to ensure my car was operating properly. Their team is consistently transparent, provides honest advice, and delivers excellent service. David at Automedic was timely and quick to assess a check engine light issue related to an ignition coil that was caused by damage to our wiring harness that was chewed on by a rodent. He was able to do the repair on site and pointed out some additional updates for consideration at a later date.
