For those reading this, I Just want to point out Automedic technicians are very professional. Punctual and efficient. I was on a weekend trip to Santa Ana and had some concerns with an airbag issue. They were able to answer all concerns and questions regarding my car. We are a long way from home so we were glad Automedic was able to take care of us, at short notice too. Exceeded my expectations! Had them come out for a front end brake job (brake pads & rotors) on my Audi Q5. Their Technician Robert is highly skilled/knowledgeable, has excellent attention to detail and great to work with. The High ratings and reviews here on Yelp are definitely accurate. Called for a battery replacement on the weekend. They were the fastest to respond. They couldn't make it the same day so I had to make an appointment the next day (but then again I didn't really insist that they come out right away since they seem to have emergency battery service). They will text you before coming over as a courtesy. The service was on time, fast and efficient. Price was parts and labor + tax. The service was outstanding and affordably priced. Scheduling an appointment was straightforward, and I received timely updates. The mobile mechanic efficiently visited my workplace, identified and replaced the AGM battery, and correctly coded the car for the new battery, all within about 40 minutes. I am really happy I decided to go with these guys! I asked for a pre inspection of a car I was interested in and within less than 24 hours they called me, let me know what the plan was, did their inspection, and called me to send me the report and go over it with me! They were so kind, thorough and helpful. If you want TRUE peace of mind knowing if the car you want is in good shape (or any other of their services they offer) you go to the AutoMedic!!
